Using Hown
- You must provide accurate information and only upload documents you have permission to use.
- The free gap report and paid roadmap are guidance tools, not guarantees of interviews, offers, or employment.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them in applications or interviews.
Payments and refunds
- The current roadmap price in code is GBP 17.00 for one role roadmap.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Hown offers a 7-day refund if the roadmap is not useful. Contact us within 7 days.
Account rules
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
- Admins may suspend accounts that abuse the product or violate these terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
AI and availability
- AI results may contain mistakes or miss context from your CV or job description.
- Service availability can depend on third-party tools such as Supabase, Stripe, and AI providers.
- We may update product features, pricing, prompts, or policies over time.
